Membership
What a resident gets, and what is expected in return.
Meetings
Once a month the whole club meets. The format holds steady: a case brought by one of the residents, a guest speaker, then open conversation. Showing up matters more than it sounds — the club works because people come to know each other over time, not over one evening.
Peer groups
A small group with a fixed roster. Each member in turn puts a real problem on the table — a cash gap, a co-founder conflict — and gets the read of people who have been through something similar. Groups are composed so that no two members are direct competitors.
Confidentiality
What is said in the room stays in the room. This is not a formality but the condition the whole thing rests on: nobody names real numbers unless they trust everyone listening.
No selling inside
Residents do not sell to each other. Partnerships happen on their own, but the club is not a lead-generation channel — the moment it becomes one, conversation turns into pitching.
$3,600
$3,600 per year plus a one-time $750 onboarding fee. This covers all club events and participation in a peer group.
